Refund Method:

• Refunds are facilitated through PayPal. Should you request a refund, kindly provide the email address associated with your PayPal account to expedite the process. If you haven’t set up an Affiliate account with ChillFrenz yet, you will need to do so in order to streamline this process.
• We are always in pursuit of refining our customer experience. In scenarios requiring specialized attention, we might escalate the issue to our partner services to guarantee timely and efficient solutions. We are also exploring avenues for more direct refund mechanisms in the near future.

Exceptions:

• Please understand that we cannot process refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
